For non lighted sign faces we use Omega board.
This is an acrylic coated 5 layer board that will not
chalk and has the best guarantee in the industry.

We only use Lexan for lighted sign face material. Lexan outlasts
most other substrates and will not break or shatter. This is the same material that is used for bullet proof windows.
